Return & Refund Policy

At Artivo, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

When We Can Help

We will gladly resolve your order if it arrives:

  • Damaged or broken
  • With a defect in print quality
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

How to Make a Claim

No need to send anything back. Simply:

  • Email us at support@artivoart.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue
  • We'll review your claim and respond within 10 business days

Resolution

Approved claims will receive a full reprint sent to you at no extra cost. In exceptional circumstances where a reprint is not possible, we will issue store credit to the value of the affected item, which can be used on any future Artivo order. No return shipping, no restocking fees.
