Production Time
As every Artivo print is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following timeframes are end-to-end estimates from the date of purchase, including production time:
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to all destinations.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
